Precision Journal Bearing with Dual Thrust Surfaces
This journal bearing features two thrust faces for added stability and performance. The ball locked cone design ensures secure positioning. The head bearing surface is hardfaced for durability. Additionally, the cone bearing is embedded with a friction-reducing alloy and silver-plated for enhanced performance. These enhancements improve abrasion resistance and seizure resistance, making it ideal for high-speed rotation applications.
Cutting Structure
Reinforcing the comprehensive mechanical properties of cutting tooth by using high quality tungsten carbide inserts of new formula and new techniques of insert bit.
Gauge Structure
Tungsten carbide and hardfacing on the shirttail, strengthened spear point will enhance the gauge protection.
Drilling formation
Soft to medium formations with low compressive strength, such as medium, soft shale, medium soft limestone, medium soft sandstone, medium formation with harder and abrasive interbeds, etc.
