Overview of Tricone Drill Bit
The tricone drill bit is primarily utilized in drilling, exploration, petroleum, and trenchless operations as a pilot bit.
Based on the type of bearing, the tricone rock bit can be further categorized into metal seal bearing and rubber seal bearing.
In terms of the cutting material, the tricone drill bit can be classified into Steel Tooth Bit and TCI bit.
To enhance the durability of the Steel Tooth Bit, a new wear-resistant material is utilized to weld the tooth surface. This ensures a high penetration rate and extends the lifespan of the cutting tooth.
The TCI bit utilizes high-strength and high-toughness hard alloy teeth, along with an optimized design of the tooth row number, tooth number, tooth exposure height, and unique alloy tooth shape. This maximizes the TCI bit's resistance to wear and its exceptional cutting ability.

MAIN STRUCTURE FEATURES
1. Journal bearing. Hardfaced head bearing surface.Inne hole of ocne is silve-plated.The load capacity and seizure resistance of the bearing is greatly improved.
2. O ring seal is mode of more wear resistant and high saturated buna-N with the increased seal section and precisely designed scaling flange in the cone sealing ares has increased the reliability of the seal.
3. All rubber compensator is used which can limit pressure differential and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system and thi provides the bearing system with good assurance of lubrication.
4. High weat resistance and excellent cutting ability pf the insert bit are given full play bu using carbide compacts of high strength and high toughness in comnination with optimized compact numbers and rows, the exposure height and special shaped compacts. For steel tooth tricone, the tooth surface is hard taced with new type of wear resistant material and thus has extended working life of the cutting structure while still maintaining high ROP.
