The Steel Body PDC Bit is designed to achieve higher rates of penetration in soft to medium hard formations with lower compressive strength.
Features
Durasef Gauge: This incredibly strong material enhances the resistance to wear on the gauge, resulting in a longer lifespan.
Hydraulics: The hydraulic design of the bit ensures optimal movement and cooling of cuttings by matching the chip quantity and displacement of each blade.
Special Backrake Design: To prevent the bit from getting stuck during drilling, a Backrake can be incorporated into the design.
Technology
Unique Blade Design: By incorporating exclusive cutting teeth and a specially curved blade design, the ability to drill through hard interlayers is significantly improved.
