MAIN STRUCTURE FEATURES
1. The Journal bearing has a surface that is hardened and coated with silver on the inner hole. This greatly enhances the bearing's ability to handle loads and resist seizing.
2. The O ring seal has been upgraded to a more durable and highly saturated buna-N material. The seal section has been increased and a precisely designed scaling flange in the cone sealing area has been added to improve the seal's reliability.
3. A rubber compensator is utilized to limit pressure differences and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system. This ensures that the bearing system is well lubricated.
4. To maximize wear resistance and cutting ability, the insert bit incorporates carbide compacts that are both strong and tough. The number and arrangement of the compacts, as well as the height and shape of the exposed portions, have been optimized. For steel tooth tricone bits, the tooth surface is coated with a new type of wear-resistant material, resulting in a longer working life for the cutting structure while maintaining high drilling speed.
