Our steel tooth tricones  teeth are forged ,it's superior method that provides a stronger, more impact-resistant tooth than milling because the metal particle structure during forging is protected, resulting in stronger teeth. Bearing Structure

High precision journalbearing,hardfacedbearing surface.

 Cone bearing inlaid with friction reducing alloy and then silver-plated,made the rotating more stability, safety and durability.

Cutting Structure

Steel tooth structure effectively improving the wearing resistance of the teeth and greatly increasing the rate of penetration.

The optimized tooth structure makes the wear-resistant alloy of the tooth surface and the tooth top weld thicker and more aggressive, effectively improving the wear resistance of the tooth and greatly increasing the mechanical drilling speed.

Gauge Structure

Enhanced gauge protection with hardfacing on the shirttail, 

strengthened leg with more  tungsten carbide inserts.
