Introduction:

Tricone bit is mainly used in drilling, exploration, petroleum and trenchless as pilot bit.According to the type of bearing, the tricone rock bit can be further divided into metal seal bearing and rubber seal bearing.According to cutting material, Tricone bit can be divided into Steel tooth Bit and TCI bit .

New wear-resistant material is applied to weld the tooth surface of the Steel tooth bit, which can maintain the high penetration rate of the Steel tooth bit and improve the life of the cutting tooth of the bit.

TCI bit adopts high-strength and high-toughness hard alloy teeth, optimized design of tooth row number, tooth number, tooth exposure height, and unique alloy tooth shape, giving full play to TCI bit's high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability.

Features

1.Bearing Structure: High precision journal bearing with two thrust faces. Ball locked cone. Hardfaced head bearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction reducing alloy and then silver-plated. Abrasion resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing are improved, and suitable for high rotary speed.

2.G-Gauge protection: more tungsten carbide inserts are placed in the gauge to reduce the wear in the abrasive formation. It can protect gauge and increases the stability and life of the bit.

3.Cutter: premium carbide teeth having increased resistance to breaking and abrasion, maximum increase cutting structure operating life.

4.Nozzle：These nozzles are much sturdier and provide greater flow capacity and maximize fluid distribution to the cones.
