TCI Tricone Bit Introduction

1.TCI tricone bit, full name Tungsten Carbide Insert Tricone Bit .

It is one main type of rotary tricone drill bit. Hard tungsten carbide inserts are pressed into pre-machined holes on three cones. While drilling, the carbide inserts impact, crush and shear rock formations. Contrast: Steel tooth (milled tooth) bits have teeth integrated with cones without embedded carbide buttons.
