Steel tooth tricone bit, also named milled tooth tricone bit, is a mainstream rotary rock drilling tool with three rotating cones. Its cutting structures are teeth milled directly from cone steel bodies, different from tungsten carbide insert tricone bits (TCI bits). It relies on tooth gouging, scraping and crushing effect to break rock during drilling.

Tricone 18 1/2'' 115 with high precision journalbearing,hardfacedbearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction reducing alloy ,made the rotating more stability, safety and durability.Steel tooth structure effectively improving the wearing resistance of the teeth and greatly increasing the rate of penetration.
